Pledge Sheet

If you are planning on collecting donations in person, you can download a pledge sheet. You should record any donations paid in cash in person whether you have entered them as offline donations* or not.

Please don't record online-only pledges on your pledge sheets; they are already recorded and this will create duplicates.

*Offline donations are pledges made in real life (cash or cheque), not processed on a credit card through the Internet. They can be entered as unverified pledges to add to your leaderboard total and to send an electronic receipt, but they should also be recorded on your pledge sheet for easy registration and verification.
