Longest Hair Donation Ever?

Congratulations and THANK YOU to all involved in Beaconsfield Junior High’s Shave this past Wednesday! You were our first School Shave for 2010, and what an AWESOME event you put on.
Huge thanks for all the hard work Head Hunters Lindsay Dwyer (student) and Linda Coates (teacher) did in putting this together – 26 shavers raised an amazing $3,600+ to help support young adults with cancer. Way to go!
Special mention goes out to Laura Whelan who raised more than $1,200 for the cause all on her own, and also to Jane Qi, who cut her long black hair for the FIRST time and went way above and beyond the minimum 10†necessary for a wig, giving a full 24 inches! That might just be the longest YACC Shave hair donation to date!
