TD is the Bravest Supporting Sponsor

We love all our sponsors dearly, but this year it's TD who have risen to the top as the Bravest Supporting Sponsor. What does that mean? They sponsor the Bravest School Banner, the accolade given to the school with the highest percentage of students that Shave.

On March 3, 2011, representatives from TD presented their Bravest Supporting Sponsor cheque for $25,000 to Young Adult Cancer Canada.

In addition to their monetary sponsorship, TD held a bake sale to support the Shave and is selling our "Toonie Toques" at their outlets in St. John's. They're really stepping up to the plate and helping young adults with cancer in Canada!

The Cause

  Since life is different when you’re a young adult, it makes sense that cancer is too.

Young Adult Cancer Canada aims to help every Canadian young adult dealing with cancer by offering programs to inspire, inform, support, and connect with other survivors.

All funds raised during the Shave for the Brave help us offer our programs at no cost to the young adult cancer patients and survivors who truly need them.
