Shave Thank You Party in Calgary

For the first time ever, Young Adult Cancer Canada (YACC) held a Community Shave in Calgary, AB, with the help of our new Regional Coordinator Mike Lang.  He also helped to organize another first for YACC - a Skype Challenge between AB school Glenmore Christian Academy and NL school Mount Pearl Intermediate. 

Both events were AWESOME so in addition to the St. John’s Party we have every year, we wanted to make sure we did something similar out West this year to thank all the amazing shavers, head hunters, mane mamas, volunteers, donors and sponsors who contributed to the Shave from across the country!

Special thanks to Southcentre Mall, MC College and AMP radio for your generous participation and really helping us to ramp up excitement in Alberta around the Shave this year.
