Shave for the Brave to Celebrate Shiny Success!

Shavers, Mane Mamas, Head Hunters, donors, sponsors, volunteers… a LOT of people come together every year to help make the Shave for the Brave a success, and this year is no different. In fact, more people than ever before were involved in Young Adult Cancer Canada’s (YACC) biggest fund-raiser, so we wanted to make sure they all knew how much we appreciate their support!
That’s why we’re holding a Shave Wrap Party, complete with prizes, snacks and entertainment, to publicly thank everyone involved for their donations of time, money, and hair.
Shave for the Brave 2010 has shaved more than 834 heads and raised over $256,000 to support young adults with cancer… and we’re not done yet! But we had to celebrate sometime, and we’d love for you to join us.
We’ll be holding two get-togethers this year, one in St. John’s, NL and one in Calgary, AB.
